General Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the SporTickets platform and establish the rights and duties of users.
Last updated: October 1, 2025
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
1.1. By accessing, registering or using the SporTickets platform ("Platform"), the User (buyer/participant) and the Organizer (event creator) declare that they have read and agree with these Terms, the Privacy Policy and, when applicable, the Commercial Agreement executed with SporTickets.
1.2. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1.3. In case of conflict between these Terms and specific agreements (e.g. Master Agreement with Organizers), the specific rules prevail to the extent they expressly differ.
KEY DEFINITIONS
2.1. SporTickets/Platform: website and/or apps to publish events, sell tickets and manage registrations.
2.2. User/Buyer/Participant: person who browses, creates an account, purchases tickets and/or attends events.
2.3. Organizer: individual or legal entity that creates, publishes, promotes and executes events on the Platform.

2.7. Event: any activity published by the Organizer (in-person, hybrid or online).
NATURE OF THE SERVICES (TECHNOLOGY INTERMEDIATION)
3.1. SporTickets does not organize, produce or execute events. It acts as a technology provider and intermediary for ticket sales (checkout, management, access control).
3.2. The Organizer is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, licenses, safety and execution of the Event (dates, schedules, location, ticket batches, discount/half-price policies, regulations, changes and cancellations).
3.3. This intermediation model and the refund/advance notice rules (7 days + 48h) are standard in the Brazilian ticketing market.
REGISTRATION, ACCOUNT AND ELIGIBILITY
4.1. To buy/publish events, the user must create an account with accurate, updated and complete data.
4.2. The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activities performed through the account.
4.3. SporTickets may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, violation of these Terms, chargeback risk, court order or legal non-compliance.
PRICES, PAYMENTS AND FEES
5.1. Prices, half-price (student/discount) policies and conditions of each Event are defined by the Organizer and displayed during the purchase flow.
5.2. Service Fee (SporTickets) and Processing Fees (payment methods), when any, are informed before finalizing the purchase.
5.3. Accepted payment methods, settlement times and installment options are presented at checkout.
5.4. Coupons: follow Organizer criteria and are informed before completion.
5.5. Tax documents: issuance follows applicable law and operational flow of SporTickets and/or the Organizer, depending on the nature of the service (intermediation vs. event execution).
TICKET DELIVERY AND ACCESS
6.1. After payment confirmation, the digital ticket is made available in the account / registered email.
6.2. Access is validated by QR Code (or another indicated method). The Buyer must present a legible ticket (app or printed when permitted).
6.3. Loss, theft, copying, unauthorized resale or tampering may invalidate the ticket without refund.
6.4. Ownership transfer: when enabled by the Organizer, it may be requested within the Event terms/conditions.
WITHDRAWAL RIGHT, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS
7.1. Statutory withdrawal (Brazilian Consumer Code): online purchases may be canceled within 7 (seven) calendar days from purchase, provided the request occurs at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the Event start.
7.2. Organizer policy: beyond the legal withdrawal, the Organizer may offer more beneficial rules (cancellation, refund, transfer), disclosed on the Event page.
7.3. How to request: requests within the rules must be submitted through the channels available in the account/ticket; refund processing follows payment intermediaries' timelines.
7.4. Event cancellation or material changes (date, time or venue): the Organizer must provide full refund to the Buyer. SporTickets may act as operational agent through the Platform when applicable and available.
7.5. Operational timeframes: when the refund is processed by SporTickets (e.g. event cancellation, sale execution failure), the submission to the payment method will occur within up to 5 (five) business days after approval; settlement depends on the payment method/issuing bank.
7.6. Chargebacks: disputes with the card issuer may block/reverse amounts. SporTickets may retain/offset from Organizer payouts the values of chargebacks related to the Event.
7.7. Accessory items (kits, add-on services) may have their own rules; canceling one item may cancel the entire order, as defined in the Event.
